Let me try to briefly summerize the announcement made on Febuary 22. It wasnt anything drastic as far as I watched, just version 21 updates. (I was a bit worried they were bought out)

So whats new in version 21?

Probably the most important thing is the speed improverment. Many people were complaining that Nextcloud was slow compared to competitors like Seafile. Now Nextcloud claims a 10x speed preformance on its servers using version 21. This is mainly due to using using php8, but also better coding.
